椰子心在沙巴的土著中是很普遍的食品,一棵椰子樹砍下來,把上面(葉子)那一段剖開,裡面藏著白色的心,那個心可以拿來做菜,脆脆的很好吃,可以拿來煮各式各樣的食品,不過他們多數拿來煮咖哩,我也有幸吃過幾輪,可惜椰樹不是天天有的砍.
