no choice. too stressed. u know eating junk food really can release stress? but i have really tried to control not to take junk food. thought i take a lot of fruits and vegetable, the stomach still won't turn better lolz. :\ thanks for your all advices :) yeah same as me, every morning wake up sure drink a glass of water. :P

我听说和苹果醋对腸胃消化有帮助,可是我试了无效。。。
我知道的是,每天早上(最好不要超过8点),当我们还没吃任何东西的时候,喝下一杯“冷盐水”可以有效地帮助我们清除肠胃,我试过了,还不错的哟。。。:)

我想運動是最好的減壓方法...也是最健康的,因為壓力會造成身體產生毒素,籍著運動可以把這些毒素由毛孔汗腺排出體外...

還有一樣對腸胃很有幫助的就是每天早晨喝了一杯白開水后,空肚吃一粒萍果. 過一會兒包你立刻上廁所.
其实都尝试过了。但没什么效。

肠胃问题因人而异。
我的经验是,有果酸的水果对胃未必好。选容易消化的吃。木瓜就很不错。橙和苹果要慎选。
m...對了...吃一些容易消化的水果就好了.
