Office 2013 - there was a problem sending the command to the program之二

上兩個禮拜發生的問題,今天這問題又出現了,而且比之前嚴重的是word, powerpoint, excel都開不到了,又花了我正三個小時的時間試試各種方案,還好最後試了fix online,在跑了兩個小時後excel file終於開啟了.

方案:

在Control Panel, Programs and Features,在Office 2013那一行right click,選change,然後可以fix online,兩個小時後就ok了.
