一向來都不喜歡市面上以葛根為主料做成的包子,還是喜歡媽媽以前用包菜做的,最近週末都懶的出門,乘家裡有一包包粉,我也出手做一些包子來嚐嚐。這一次,用了一些黃芽白,蘿蔔還有香菇,炒香,等餡料涼了再包上包子。包粉是已經包裝好的,很方便,不用自己再煩如何參粉,水等。饅頭就用炒香的芝麻,撒上一點鹽,卷起來,蒸好,就很好吃了。
